Vulcan 900
Please note, our fender kit will not work with the stock seat.
Our super heavy duty aluminum fender is 1/8″ thick. To top it off we include steel reinforcement straps for all mounting areas. Order either the grey powder coated primer finish or bare aluminum. If you are painting your fender the primed surface is best since it is ready to lightly sand and paint. If you want the bare metal look, the bare aluminum fender would be great. We ship the bare fender with a light-grained surface using a 3M pad, rubbing lengthwise, using warm soapy water. To make the finish look the best on your bare fender, use a 3M pad or scrubbing sponge (these can be purchased at any grocery store – it’s the yellow sponge with a green 3M pad on one side). You can refinish your bare fender at anytime using this process if your fender gets small scratches. All the mounting brackets and struts are gloss black powder coated to match your frame. All hardware is included and the DVD shows easy installation. Everything bolts into place with no cutting or welding required. Sorry but our fender struts will not support a passenger.

If you have the “Custom” Vulcan 900 your stock front fender will work just fine on your bobber. This fender is designed to fit the “Classic” model. It is a extremely high quality aluminum fender. It is formed from 1/8″ aluminum and is very strong and stiff. It mounts like the original stock fender. The steel struts are 10 gauge steel and powder coated gloss black. All hardware and instructions are included for easy installation. Choose either the grey powder coated primer finish or bare aluminum. No welding, drilling or cutting required. Our DVD will show you how to mount the fender in minutes.
